Functional, on trend and fast: Increasing time to market for the beauty industry
Time to market is vital in the beauty industry. As a packaging provider for beauty brands, we need to deliver solutions that are functional and on trend, and we need to deliver them fast.
Two years ago, we invested in 3D printing technology to accelerate the early stages of design.
Today, the state-of-the-art Stratasys J850 is an integral part of our design process.
It helps our team to test out new ideas, it helps our clients visualize brand-new formats and, thanks to trial molds, it has the capacity to speed up industrialisation.
By producing models, you can touch and feel, 3D printing eliminates ambiguity and injects confidence in strong ideas – and, in so doing, speeds up the creation of new catalogue items and bespoke client projects.

Oliver Drew heads up the 3D printing division within Quadpack Called Quadpack Rapid Prototyping.
He’s Quadpack’s 3D print expert on a mission to shape the future of 3D printing technology.
Developments include Quadpack’s standard Q-line Range, qppackfuture (prototype ideas for the future), high quality project development mockups and fully functioning components within the manufacturing division.
He’s at the forefront of driving Quadpack’s state of the art rapid prototyping facility to build a more advance and efficient way of working.
