Bio:
Dr. Franziska Fuchs is an experienced industrial 3D printing professional and currently Business Development Manager for Humaneering and Healthcare at EOS.
She has developed an in-depth knowledge of 3D printing, since joining EOS in 2012, and is particularly interested in the medical space, working closely with customers and partners to advise on their best additive manufacturing strategies.
In her current role, Franziska has been advancing the use of industrial 3D printing in the fields of customised consumer goods and medical devices. She is also a lecturer in the continuing education programme at Schmalkalden University of Applied Sciences, Germany.
Franziska has a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering as well as a Master’s in Medical Systems Engineering and a doctorate in the field of additive manufacturing in medical device technology at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich, Germany. Her goal is to develop sustainable solutions to improve people’s lives.
