Our London‑based facility houses one of the most advanced powder‑bed fusion production suites in the UK – featuring HP Multi Jet Fusion, EOS SLS and the Stratasys SAF H350, the first commercially available SAF system installed by any UK service provider. This latest addition expands our output and enables us to offer PA11, a durable, bio‑based polymer ideal for functional components and demanding applications.
We offer a comprehensive selection of engineering materials including PA12, PA11, and flexible TPU, supported by a wide range of professional finishing options such as vibro‑polishing, shot peening, vapour smoothing, and colour dyeing – giving customers high‑performance parts with excellent surface quality.
