Tony Norton

These days Tony leads the telling of the solidThinking story. Prior to his current position Tony was responsible for the land vehicles vertical at Altair, sharing engineering best practices both internally and externally and communicating Altair’s software and services offerings to that industry. His past experience includes business development, project management and technical leadership in diverse disciplines including the development of vehicle systems, mechatronic consulting, build and test projects, data analysis, custom software development and commercial software release. Before joining Altair in 1996, Tony worked at both Ford Motor Company and GEC-Marconi Avionics. Tony moved to Michigan in 1999 for “a couple of years”, and still lives there.
