Tom gives a live demonstration of new workflows to get from 3D point cloud capture to CAD deliverables executed on a computer that fits in his pocket.

BIO: Tom is Chief Marketing Officer at DotProduct. Funded by Intel Capital and others, DotProduct provides handheld 3D reality capture solutions for engineering, construction and manufacturing. He joined DotProduct from CyArk where he held a position as Executive Director. Tom is the founder of SPAR Point Group which hosts the world’s largest conference on 3D scanning and was acquired in 2009. Previously he served as a market analyst at Daratech, a CAD/CAM/CAE research firm and before that was a wireline engineer for Schlumberger in Abu Dhabi, Kuwait and Oman.
